In two concerts, fantastic Latin American musicians and dancers will perform their rousing art. In 2018 we again support two projects, one from Peru, the other from Mexico:

1) Peru: the children and youth home WAWA ETXEA, which also benefited from the donations last year.
WAWA ETXEA offers a new home for children and adolescents who had to experience the worst in their early childhood until the age of 18. On our YouTube channel are some individual videos of children and adolescents. What is remarkable is that they seem “normal”, have their dreams and hopes: Watch video

This is thanks to the great, loving work of the home managers.

2) Mexico: the youth project around the mountain Malinche in Canoa. Although the area around the village of San Miguel Canoa and the mountain Malinche in the state of Puebla in Mexico is rich in natural resources and good climate, the environment is not in good shape and people are surprisingly poor. Residents struggle with problems such as migration, poverty, poor educational opportunities, lack of prospects for adolescents, alcoholism and drug addiction.

Yamile will perform in the first concert together with the Greek drummer Christos Asonitis.
